Return Policy 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods at your own cost.  

Trajuarts does not accept returns on international orders.

For goods/art works purchased within the United Kindom:-

Prior to returning any goods please inform trajuarts by email contact@trajuarts22.com indicating your reason/s for returning Please include the following information: 

1. Your full name.
    
2. The goods you wish to return, please include title of the art work/s  purchased. 
    
3. Date of purchase.
    
4. The purchase price accompanied with a screen shot or photo of the receipt.
    
5. Please indicate reason for return. 
    
6. If the goods/art works arrived damaged please include photographic evidence of this. 
    

Please return item/s in original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in the best condition.

Your refund will be processed after the return of goods/art works has been received by trajuarts. Trajuarts does not refund prints or greeting cards.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
